Before any interior takes shape, the building has to work. So we begin with the ground itself. Cedrus International® House of Ci plans, designs and engineers buildings through one accountable team. As a result, a bold vision keeps its intent from first sketch to final handover.

First, master planning sets the framework through site analysis, massing, orientation and access. Then building design shapes the envelope, the daylight and the materials. Meanwhile, our engineers coordinate structure and MEP inside one federated BIM model. Finally, we carry authority submissions, tendering and site supervision through the relevant licensed entity.

We test feasibility, phasing and highest-and-best use before any line is fixed. So the plan works on day one and in year ten.

INSIDE THE PRACTICE

How the house thinks.

Schematic ideas mature into detailed design, façade engineering and precise specifications. In addition, we simulate daylight, heat and acoustics on every envelope.

Structural, civil and MEP packages move together, so clashes surface on the model rather than on site.

Moreover, we prepare tender packages, supervise quality on site and close out with as-builts and O&M manuals.
