Most office fit-out companies in Riyadh build what someone else has drawn, and most design studios draw what someone else will build. Between the two sit the change orders, the delays and the “that is not what we approved”. PIF Tower, KAFD — Riyadh

French–Saudi Business Forum — Riyadh 2025
An empty hall turned into a forum in days: scenography, stands, stage, LED, sound, light and furniture designed, fabricated, installed and struck by one team — fit-out at the speed of an event.
Nine interiors handed over across the Kingdom
Headquarters, five-star hotels, a ministry, restaurants and a creative agency in Riyadh and Jeddah — among them the Saudi headquarters of Jotun — designed, fitted out and handed over. Further references on request.

Survey & brief
We measure the floor, read the base-build and the landlord’s rules, and walk a day in your business before drawing anything.
Design & single price
Plans, material boards and photoreal views, priced line by line with a bill of quantities you can read — one number, fixed before the details.
Engineering & approvals
Interior, MEP and fire-life-safety resolved together and checked against the Saudi Building Code; municipal and Civil Defense submissions handled by us.
Workshop
Reception desks, wall panelling, doors and bespoke furniture pre-fabricated in our joinery, so site time shrinks and finish quality is decided indoors.
Site & installation
Partitions, ceilings, floors, MEP, joinery, glazing and lighting by our site teams — with night and weekend works where your business cannot pause.
Handover & aftercare
Snag-free handover with as-built drawings, warranties and FF&E schedules — and a house that still answers the phone a year later.
Fit-out in Riyadh runs on approvals as much as on craft. Our drawings are prepared for the Saudi Building Code, Riyadh Municipality and Civil Defense from day one, and our engineers sit the reviews — so the opening date on your calendar is the opening date.

Riyadh is rebuilding itself around Diriyah: the birthplace of the Kingdom is becoming a district of hotels, offices, galleries, restaurants and museums — and every one of them is a fit-out. From the mud-brick lanes of At-Turaif to the glass of KAFD, from King Salman Park to the new addresses of Vision 2030, the house fits out floors in Riyadh to the standard it holds in Paris and Milan: a licensed Saudi entity, a project office that opens in whichever building your floor is in, and a founder who still chairs every design review.

Are you an office fit-out company in Riyadh, or a design studio?
Both, under one roof. The House of Ci designs the floor, prices it, obtains the approvals, builds it with its own site and workshop teams and hands over the keys — one contract, one project director, one accountable team.
What does an office fit-out in Riyadh cost?
It depends on the base-build you start from (shell and core, Category A or an occupied floor), the specification and the programme. What we promise is a single price, line by line, fixed before the details are drawn — and held, because the people who priced it are the people who build it.
How long does a fit-out take?
A typical office floor runs from a few weeks for a light refit to a few months for a full headquarters. The calendar is fixed with the price; pre-fabrication in our workshop and night works on site are how we keep it.
Can you fit out a floor we already occupy?
Yes. We phase the works zone by zone, build after hours and at weekends, and keep dust, noise and your IT under control, so the business never closes.
Do you handle the permits and Civil Defense approvals?
Yes. Our engineers prepare the drawings to the Saudi Building Code, submit to the municipality and Civil Defense and sit the reviews, so approvals never sit between two companies.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Across the Kingdom — Jeddah, the Eastern Province, Diriyah, AlUla and the Red Sea — and, through the same house, in Dubai, Beirut, Milan, Barcelona, Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles and Bogotá.
