The finish you approve on the board is the finish that arrives on site. Our furniture atelier, joinery and stone partners work from the same drawings as the interior architects, so a Riyadh room is never assembled from a catalogue.

Do you design interiors in Riyadh, or also build them?
Both, under one roof. The House of Ci designs the interior, engineers it, builds it and furnishes it — as a design-only appointment when you already have a builder, or as a single design-and-build contract with one price and one programme.
What kind of interior projects do you take in Riyadh?
Corporate headquarters and office floors, hotels, restaurants and lounges, ministries and VIP floors, clinics and healthcare environments, showrooms and experience centres, and private residences — from one executive floor to an entire tower.
How long does an office interior take in Riyadh?
A concept takes weeks, not months. Design and build of a typical office floor runs a few months from approved design to handover, depending on approvals and the building. The calendar is fixed at the cost-and-programme stage, and the same team holds it to the end.
How are your fees structured?
Per project, after the brief: a design fee for design-only work, or one design-and-build price with a fixed programme. Because engineering, joinery, furniture and site are in the house, there are no hidden trades and no surprises between the drawing and the invoice.
Do you handle authority approvals and permits?
Yes. Design review and authority approvals are one of our nineteen solutions: drawings are checked against the Saudi Building Code and fire-life-safety requirements, corrected, signed off by licensed engineers and submitted — before a single wall is built.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Across the Kingdom — Jeddah, Dhahran and beyond — and across the ten cities of the house, from Dubai and Beirut to Paris, London, Milan, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles and Bogotá. Riyadh is where the Middle East is led from.
