Museums, Cultural & Heritage Environments — House of Ci

DESIGN

Museums, Cultural & Heritage Environments.

A museum holds a building, a collection and a story. We hold all three at once

THE SOLUTION

Where we work

A museum holds a building, a collection and a story. We hold all three at once. From conservation and adaptive reuse to exhibition design and immersive journeys, one team carries the work. As a result, nothing is lost between the architect, the curator and the fabricator.

We survey and stabilize historic fabric, then insert new life with a light, reversible hand. So protected buildings earn a second working century.

ONE HOUSE · ONE STANDARD

One team carries the work from the first sketch to the final key.

We design permanent and temporary galleries from envelope to the last caption. Likewise, cultural centers blend exhibition, performance and civic life in one plan.

INSIDE THE PRACTICE

How the house thinks.

Visitor centers set the narrative before the site appears. Equally, corporate museums turn an archive into an hour worth remembering.

Conservation leads every decision. For instance, we hold temperature and humidity to the collection’s requirements. We control ultraviolet light and keep illuminance within the conservator’s limits. In addition, display cases use inert materials, seismic restraint and discreet security. Curators, meanwhile, retain easy access for display changes.

Our scope runs from heritage conservation through exhibition design, showcases, lighting, multimedia and specialist fabrication. Therefore, the story stays coherent from the first sketch to opening night.

A museum is a building, a collection and an argument. We are equipped to hold all three at once.
