A real estate experience center should do more than show a project. It should make the visitor want to live there. So House of Ci designed one that behaves like a private address: discovered chapter by chapter, and felt before it is explained.

Concept design · The Secret Address

The address is not revealed. It is discovered.

Like entering a private residence, the visitor moves through thresholds, framed views and moments of reveal. Each space is a new chapter, from architectural presentation to residential experience.

I · Beyond the showroom

What a real estate experience center changes

The conventional showroom places models, screens and sales desks in one open room. Everything is visible from the door. As a result, the visitor understands the offer in a single glance, and then starts to compare prices.

Meanwhile the market keeps moving. Saudi Vision 2030’s Housing Program aims for 70% home ownership by 2030, and new residential districts are rising to meet it. Each of them needs a place to sell from.

A real estate experience center works differently. Here, architecture decides what is seen, and when. Walls, portals, models and light control every view. Therefore the visit becomes a journey of discovery, emotion and decision.

Everything visible at once

The showroom

Models, desks and screens read as one inventory. So the visitor evaluates before feeling.

Threshold · Glimpse · Frame · Reveal

The experience center

A sequence of framed views. The visitor always senses another chapter ahead, without seeing everything at once.

A project understood in one glance is compared. A project discovered chapter by chapter is remembered.

Chapter 02 · The First Reveal

A model under its own sky.

Concept visuals by House of Ci.

First, the design treats the model as an architectural object, not as furniture. Each hero model stands on a stone plinth beneath a six-metre halo of light, with a clear ring around it for 360° viewing.

Warm 3000 K spots, a flush information plaque and one discreet screen complete the setting. In short, a model on a table is inventory. A model under its own sky, however, is an object of desire.

II · The journey

Seven chapters, one address

The journey through the real estate experience center follows seven emotional states. Every wall, every portal and every change of stone supports one of them.

  1. 01

    Arrive · Curiosity

    The Threshold

A sculptural stone reception and an offset portal. Guests sit down with a coffee; they never queue at a counter.

  2. 02

    Discover · Surprise

    The First Reveal

Beyond the portal the ceiling drops and the room goes quiet. Then the first hero model appears under its halo.

  3. 03

    Understand

    The Discovery Gallery

One continuous wall carries the story, the materials, the typologies and the landscape. See, touch, understand.

  4. 04

    Desire

    The Final Reveal

One model, alone, in negative space. Less signage, more silence.

  5. 05

    Enter

    The Secret Door

What looks like a wall is the next chapter.

  6. 06

    Imagine

    The Immersive Residence

No models and no panels: a furnished home at true ceiling height.

  7. 07

    Decide

    The Private Sales Club

A coffee bar, a lounge and two private rooms. Experience first, sales second.

The sequence never changes, but the pace belongs to the visitor. There is one direction, with no back-tracking and no dead ends. As a result, the journey ends in hospitality, never at a wall.

Chapter 03 · The Discovery Gallery

See. Touch. Understand.

Along the gallery, one continuous wall carries the project story, the materials, the typologies and the landscape. Flush screens and interactive tables extend it, but they never dominate it.

Meanwhile the smaller models become detail moments. As a result, understanding grows in one direction, and the room stays calm enough to feel like a gallery.

The secret door of a real estate experience center by House of Ci: a concealed pivot door in a stone and walnut wall opens from the model gallery onto a warm furnished residence.
Chapter 05 · The Secret Door

What appears to be a wall is the next chapter.

Stone and timber joints run uninterrupted across the door. There is no architrave, no handle and no threshold. When the door shuts, it disappears into the architecture.

Then, on the advisor’s cue, it turns on a concealed pivot, and warm residential light appears beyond. “Would you like to step inside?” Visitors rarely remember a screen. However, they always remember the moment when the room they thought was the end became the beginning.

Chapter 06 · The Immersive Residence

Not explained. Felt.

Beyond the door, the gallery language disappears. The visitor enters a living room furnished exactly as the residences will be: a lounge, soft textiles, artwork and decorative light.

Meanwhile a large integrated display behaves as a window, not as a screen. It shows the view by day, at sunset and at night, so the visitor can imagine the view before owning it. Understanding produces interest; feeling, however, produces decisions.

Three experiences, one architectural language

70%

Luxury residence

Warmth, comfort, materiality and hospitality. Every surface is one you would live with.

20%

Curated gallery

Models, story and art. Objects are placed, lit and framed, never merely displayed.

10%

Discreet technology

Digital views and interactive content, integrated into the joinery and serving the story.

In other words, the space should feel like a residence with technology, not like a technology showroom.

III · The conversation

Experience first. Sales second.

In this real estate experience center, the sale comes last. Traditional sales desks leave the model gallery altogether, because a desk turns a guest into a prospect. Instead, property advisors walk with the visitor from the threshold. Along the way, seven pause points offer a bench or a lounge pair beside the models, never inside their halos.

Chapter 07 · The Private Sales Club

A decision made in comfort.

Finally, the journey closes in a private sales club: a coffee bar, lounge seating, semi-private consultation and two private rooms. By then, the visitor is already convinced by the experience. So the advisor confirms, rather than persuades. A decision made in comfort, after feeling the address, is a decision that holds.

IV · The craft

The details that make a real estate experience center

Four quiet ideas hold the whole experience together. None of them needs a sign.

The path

One brushed-bronze line in the stone floor connects all seven chapters. It widens into a darker stone disc beneath each halo, and then slips under the secret door.

Stone → wood → fabric → light

The palette softens as the visitor moves from understanding to feeling: light stone at the threshold, walnut in the gallery, textiles in the residence.

Light as part of the journey

Brightness peaks where the project is understood and falls where it is felt: first gallery, then drama, then warmth.

One design DNA

A stone frame, a walnut infill, a bronze line and a concealed light, repeated at every scale from portal to plinth. Therefore the whole place feels designed by one hand.

V · The alternative

A real estate experience center, drawn twice

Not every developer wants a secret. So, for the same brief, House of Ci drew a second concept: open, daylit and flexible. We call it a curated journey, and its idea is guided freedom.

Concept two · A curated journey

Guided freedom.

Here, visitors never follow a rigid route. Instead, bronze lines in the stone floor, soft geometry, light and the position of the models guide them from one experience to the next. Meanwhile the showroom stays open, visible and flexible. Five moves shape it.

  1. 01
OpenLong views stay open. Only the immersive room and the service core are closed.
  2. 02
GuideFloor inlays, light and soft geometry direct movement without corridors or barriers.
  3. 03
AnchorThe major models stand as destinations around the floor.
  4. 04
ConnectScreens, advisors and hospitality are linked along one continuous lane.
  5. 05
EngageInteraction comes in levels: a glance, a screen, a conversation, a consultation.

One floor around one core

Seen from above, the idea is clear. The stair, the lifts and the coffee bar form a core in the middle, and the showroom wraps around it as one continuous floor. The major models and an immersive project room then stand in its four quarters, so a project is always in view ahead. Finally, the bronze lines in the floor trace the route between them.

In this version, every project can be experienced in three ways: through a physical model, through digital content and through a conversation. Together, they make the complete experience. Above all, both concepts share one conviction: the sale is part of the experience, never an interruption to it.

Stone, walnut, green marble and bronze, shaped by light: fluid without becoming informal, luxurious without becoming excessive.

VI · The house

The power of House of Ci: one house, one team

A real estate experience center crosses many disciplines: interior architecture, engineering, lighting, joinery, models, media and hospitality. Usually, that means many contracts, and many gaps between them.

At House of Ci, however, they sit under one roof. One accountable team designs the journey, engineers it, builds it and hands over the key. Moreover, the same team can transform an existing showroom without moving its structure.

The complete experience

From discovering the project to experiencing the address.

A showroom that is not understood at first glance. A journey that begins with curiosity and ends with belonging.

Questions

Real estate experience center: questions we are asked.

What is a real estate experience center?

It is a sales environment designed as a journey. Instead of one open room of models and desks, the visitor moves through a sequence of spaces. They introduce the project, explain it and finally let the visitor feel the life it offers.

How does a real estate experience center differ from a sales showroom?

A showroom displays everything at once, so visitors compare. An experience center controls what is seen, and when. It builds anticipation through thresholds, framed views and reveals. Then it places the sales conversation at the end, in hospitality.

What does House of Ci deliver?

Everything, as one team: strategy and visitor journey, interior architecture, engineering and lighting, joinery and furniture, integrated media, branding and the turnkey fit-out. One house is answerable from the first sketch to the final key.

Can an existing showroom become a real estate experience center?

Yes. The concept shown here keeps the plan, the structure and the service core exactly where they are. Walls, portals, light and the position of the models create the journey, not changes to the building.
