What is a “living” office?
A floor designed around daylight, air, planting, acoustics and movement — so the room supports the body as well as the work. It is measured in comfort and retention, not in square meters alone.
Does biophilic design actually change performance?
Consistently, yes: daylight, greenery and acoustic control are the three variables occupants report most often, and they show up in absence and retention figures. We design them in at the plan stage, where they cost nothing to add.
Can an existing office be converted?
