How long does an office fit-out in Riyadh take?
For a typical floor of 1,000–2,000 m², design and approvals run six to ten weeks and site works eight to fourteen, depending on the base build. The date is fixed in the program before the contract is signed, and we plan night and weekend works where your business cannot pause.
Do you design and build, or only one of them?
Both, under one contract. Interior architects, MEP engineers, cost managers, joiners and site teams sit in one house — so the floor you approve on screen is the floor you walk into, at the price and on the date you were given.
What does the price include?
